Shipping Policy / Damaged Shipments

PowerChipsTuners.com shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates are given as approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargeback's, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Any damages should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt and you must make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages/loss of shipments. You agree not to refuse shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, PowerChipsTuners.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Order Return/Cancellation Policy
Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 30% of the original purchase price. Special order items may not be cancelled. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECIEVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM PowerChipsTuners.com and must have a valid RMA number.
